PEAK Ultimate gives you the tools to prepare your body and mind for the upcoming season. After an initial assessment you’ll recieve an ultimate-specific training planvto improve your strength, speed, agility, veritical jump and endurance.
The Basic plan is the bang-for-your-buck way to recieve PEAK results. You’ll be provided with 3-4 workouts per week, adapted to the European Ultimate season directly to your phone.
You want more? Then Plus might be the way to go!

With Plus you’ll recieve all the benefits of the Basic training template. Adding to that we’ll have a personal assessment call to explore your injury history and goals. We’ll do monthly check-ins to make sure you’re on the right path.

PEAK Ultimate Elite (2/8 slots available)
PEAK Elite is meant for athletes who want to go all-in. Those who want to make BIG LEAPS. We’ll do a one-on-one assessment, includinc a physical, mental and ultimate specific profile. Based upon this, you’ll recieve a tailor-made training plan and a roadmap towards your goals. We’ll do weekly check-ins and longer check-ins at the end of each training phase.
